Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Plans & Billing Terms
Acadet offers two membership plans: Standard ($19 USD/month) and Premium ($189 USD/month). All pricing, applicable taxes, and billing frequencies are explicitly displayed in the checkout modal prior to payment.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscription renewal at any time directly through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, your paid access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
In accordance with consumer protection standards, customers are entitled to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date if they encounter technical issues or the service does not meet expectations. To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your account email.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method used (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
