PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which Acadet provides online educational planning services, digital guides, competition databases, and advisory consultation.
1.2. The Customer's acceptance of this Offer constitutes a legally binding contract governed by international e-commerce principles and consumer protection standards.
1.3. Acadet provides educational planning, advisory guidance, and preparation materials. Acadet does not operate as an accredited school, university, visa authority, or official testing agency, and does not guarantee admissions, scholarships, funding, or specific exam scores.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. "Agreement" or "Offer" — this document, including any annexes and policies published at https://acadet.org, accepted by the Customer through conclusive actions.
2.2. "Platform" or "Service" — the web-based software, tools, roadmaps, and digital assets accessible at https://acadet.org.
2.3. "Conclusive Actions" — actions expressing Customer's clear consent, including account creation, order submission, and payment authorization.
2.4. "Customer" — a legally competent individual who accepts this Offer on their own behalf or on behalf of a minor child whom they legally represent.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with access to educational planning tools, curated materials, roadmap management, and consultation services in accordance with the selected plan, and the Customer undertakes to pay for such services.
3.2. Access to the digital materials and tools is granted immediately upon confirmation of successful payment by the payment processor.
4. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties
4.1. The Provider shall ensure continuous availability of the Platform, provide accurate informational guidelines, and address support inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2. The Customer shall provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, and comply with acceptable use guidelines.
4.3. Digital materials provided are for the personal, non-commercial use of the Customer and their family members.
5. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms via Stripe
5.1. International payments under this Offer are processed securely via the global payment infrastructure Stripe (supporting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
5.2. Prices are set in US Dollars (USD): Standard Plan is $19 USD per month; Premium Plan is $189 USD per month. If the Customer's card is denominated in another currency, conversion is performed at the exchange rate of the Customer's issuing bank or Stripe.
5.3. Paid access is provided on a subscription basis with automatic recurring renewal every 30 days unless cancelled by the Customer.
5.4. The Customer may cancel recurring subscription billing at any time directly in the User Cabinet (Billing section). Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the prepaid billing period.
6. Service Delivery & Refund Policy
6.1. Informational and digital services are considered delivered upon granting active account access to the digital platform and educational modules.
6.2. If the Customer experiences technical errors preventing access to paid materials that cannot be resolved by support within 5 business days, the Customer is entitled to a full refund for the affected billing period.
6.3. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] detailing the transaction ID and registered account email. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
7.1. The Provider processes personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and international privacy laws. Personal information is used solely to provide and improve educational services.
7.2. Payment card details are tokenized and processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Acadet never stores or processes raw credit card numbers on its servers.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All texts, guides, graphics, roadmap structures, software code, and educational content on https://acadet.org are the proprietary property of the Provider or licensed third parties.
8.2. Reproduction, resale, distribution, or unauthorized public display of Platform materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
9.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum accuracy, official university admission requirements, visa regulations, and competition rules may change without notice. The Customer is responsible for verifying decisive information directly with respective universities or examination bodies.
9.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, warfare, government sanctions, telecommunication failures, or pandemic restrictions.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law. Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations.
11.2. The Customer may submit complaints or claims to [email protected]. The response timeframe is 10 business days.
